Everyone needs a piece of you
You give and you manage and you juggle,
Most of all the inner grit pushes you on
All things come and go

The lessons of each must be remembered

Slow down the pace

Let go of all the stories
Just focus on the lessons
Find your truth

Like a ship in peril
Throw all the baggage overboard
Lighten your load
You are not a hero if you put yourself last

For they are many
How fragile we are
Cherish every moment
Protect your tribe
Watch and listen
Respond later after thought
Minimize the unnecessary pain
Put a guard at your mouth
Think before you speak
Go back to nature some part of every day
Do not deny yourselves your moment
To think your own thoughts
Teach yourself to Value yourself
Watch your self talk
Whatever one thinks, they become
Think highly of yourself
For you are chosen to be in this world
For such a time as this
Now let go, of all that binds your minds
Stop thinking this stressed person is you
You are more than this time, you have times yet to be
And this time will only be a memory
So hold on to yourself
Make wise choices
Let your heart show you the way
Pain is a teacher
Don’t point the finger
Rather, point inward

It’s an amazing thing to find your true self
All the outside voices once so painful
Are bizarre, and something beyond control
So HA! Imagine that!
You don’t need to have permission to be you
Stop worrying so much
Others opinions, well.. sometimes helpful
More times not
So ask yourself and wait till you know
YOUR mind, YOUR thoughts
Unpolluted and authentic
Don’t look for someone else to have the answer
Inhale hope and joy
Exhale pain and fear
FEAR
More often than not; “False evidence appearing real”
Forget about it
And focus on this moment
Let gratitude flow
It is the best drug there is
I promise when the smoke disappears
You will experience profound inspiration
You will see steps you never saw before
Towards, fulfillment
Must find this inside
No matter what is going on out there
In this world
Look for you, know yourself
