Ideas awaken the mind

Creativity flows in the wee hours

Most are sleeping

I’m awake

Connecting dots

Between past and future

I am the gateway

Here in this present moment

I decide what to leave in

What should be shed like a skin

Past is gone but it teaches

Future can be wildly exciting

If only I choose right

Which way to go

Before the sunrises to meet me

I will dream with no ceiling

No one to tell me it’s not possible

The world is full of wonder

Creations of maker and minds

All things are possible

To those who believe

Who grasp at imaginations

And plant them to grow

Just till the soil

Water and protect

The sun will do the rest
